Write a Telegram bot with installation on my server

You need to write Telegram_bot for real estate valuation.
When you click the start button, show the appraisers business card with a photo and data for communication.
Collect information about real estate, 3 questions.
Collect information about the user: name, phone, address.
The collected log with the indication of the user id, send to the group in Telegram.
Provide the source code and write a manual for installing the bot on my server.
