What is required:
- creation of new advertising campaigns in Yandex Direct and Google Ads (collection of semantics, analysis of competitors, development of ads, setting of TK for the designer for banners, correct configuration)
- setting, optimization, editing of existing advertising campaigns in Yandex Direct and Google Ads
- work on the tasks of the Republic of Kazakhstan (coverage, leads, brand recognition)
- work with rates and budgets (often limited)
- reporting in a pre-agreed format
- work with analytics - you need to analyze data from Metrics and Analytics, do not blindly focus on Direct and Ads
- involvement in projects and their results
At the moment, there are ~ 7 projects in the works (b2b sphere). They dont require 24/7 monitoring, however, involvement in projects is required - regularly looking for coverage/bounce rate/minus excess, etc.
What is more important is regular communication within the team: about the state of the campaigns, about ideas, about what was done. Be in touch on working days and complete tasks within the agreed timeframe.
You are suitable if:
- you have at least 2 years of experience, which you can confirm the portfolio
- you are studying (passed profile and near-profile courses)
Self-employment or individual entrepreneur must be issued (if not, then you will need to issue). A miracle if you are from St. Petersburg.
Youre definitely not a good fit if:
- you are an agency
- you already have 7-10 projects and you are torn
- you are not ready to communicate and discuss the strategy of work
- you are not ready to do anything from the "what is required" list
Payment from 40 000 rubles It is possible to increase the payment with an increase in the load, with high efficiency (compliance with the above requirements and wishes), in the absence of jambs that need to be monitored and corrected.
