You want to write a simple browser

you want to develop multicopy the browser, i.e. the browser where you can sit with multiple accounts Vkontakte, for example. Each tab its own cookies and session are written to the file, i.e. on each tab to have 1 account. Ability to set the proxy for each tab.
Some requirements:
1) the Program must not be inside a third-party (paid) components.
2) the Design of the program should be as close to what is on the screen.
3) the Program should work without installing.
