Fix 1C, restore 1C-Beatrix exchange

The unloading of new items and residues to the site has ceased to work, the exchange ends with the error "The workflow of the background task has been terminated." Running bug fix freezes. In support, 1C recommended updating the version. Updated, but it didnt help. We need a score.
