Implementation of CRM
Required to develop or select and implement an existing CRM for a trading company.
There are trade company of 10 people managers 1 primary email where all orders come.
Required:
1) calculation and processing of requests incoming to one email address.
2) Ability to configure filters for incoming mail ( advertising , spam, etc. that would fit in a separate folder with further viewing by the administrator)
3) Distribution of applications between managers:
option 1 – all managers see the application, the processing of changing the status (in progress, done , spam, etc.)
option 2 – all applications are distributed between managers of a given algorithm.
3) Statistics:
how many applications were received by period for each Manager
how much all processed by each Manager
Many applications according to the results , according to managers.
4) Options perform this task, 1C or web
Big request to respond with experience on the subject and with concrete proposals.
