Restore exchange website Opencaert 1C

Good day!

Need to restore exchange website with 1C.

We have it installed on site and worked, but for unknown reasons a couple of days ago stopped the exchange, on the side of 1C was producing an error:

"Failed to connect.
An error occurred: failed to get data from the server.
Check the server address, port, username and password
and configure connection to the Internet.
Receive data from server: Received empty response from the server.
Login failed."

It checked all the passwords, logins are correct, access to the server too,

most likely the problem is on the side of the site, as there is still a test site, it is to be on the same servers where working and him working from 1C base exchange is.
