According to him, he took money from me for 8 years directly, but then this money was poured into Googleds and launched advertising on his website through Google because he has a Google affiliate. The site has a certain size of banner, and when I upload it, Google changes its size. Because of this, presumably, even after the approval of the company, the shows do not begin. I need to run this ad once showing me what the error was. Next, Ill run it myself. Payment is one-time after the launch of my banner displays on the site specified in the TK.

1.I sent the site administrator https://www.postcrossing.com/ list of countries by group, I was sent a price list in response. The price list indicated the available banner sizes, the gradation of the number of impressions and prices. (Ill attach PDF examples of prices). Banners were added quickly, I sent new ones

2.There are two sizes of banners - 300x250 banners and 728x90 banner. The difference is that the postcrossing site is divided into the main working part and the blog. 300x250 size which is shown to users throughout the site in the process of interacting with it, except for the blog. 728x90 banner size which is shown only to those who are in the blog. I have always had only 300x250 in my work, so it is impossible to make a mistake with the place of display, a banner of this size will in any case be shown where necessary.

3.Further on the price list, I indicated for which group of countries how many impressions per month and paid directly to the owner of the site. Therefore, in my understanding, there was the logic of direct purchase of impressions. But its not. With the manifestation of some technical problems with the site, it turned out that the site owner has a personal account in Google Ads, pours there the money that I sent him and configured everything through Google. This means that there is a setting in the Google advertising cabinet, which allows you to calmly create groups of countries, choose the number of impressions per month and most importantly - to tell the banner to show itself ONLY ON the SITE https://www.postcrossing.com/ This was confirmed when communicating with the site owner. For a number of reasons, he has to demand from me too many all sorts of confirmations / documents, understanding the degree of complexity told me to just make my office in Google and in the same way set up advertising on his site, without his participation, directly through Google. In this case, he does not have to demand from me what was not needed for eight years.

4.As a result, no creative work is required, no choice of the audience according to their preferences, I give a clear TK where, how much and by how much. You need to know where certain settings are located. Most likely, such a right was collected in a heap by the owner of the site, based on the cost per 1000 impressions in Google targeting. Running advertising directly will probably be regulated by the amount of money on the balance. But this is only an assumption, this needs to be dealt with.

5.I need to set up such an advertisement in my Google personal account, so that I myself can pause it / stop it, change the banner - add / remove. If in the end I do not understand how it is configured, go if necessary to configure new groups of countries / additional companies.In general, since you need only technical knowledge of the work of the GoogleDs LC, all the setting is only in my personal account.
