Wrap the text in the desired html-tags

There are about 250 products and to each description in a separate dock. The description contains unnecessary formatting, because it was copied from the manufacturers website. You need to clear the text formatting and instead wrap the text in the desired html tags. What formatting can be in the text: title, paragraph, boldness, link, list. That is, h2 tag, p tag, ul and li tags, b tag and a tag.

You also need to remove line breakers - a free online service has already been found for this. The results should be inserted into the .csv table with the goods (each description to the corresponding product). In the name of the docks there will be articles of goods - descriptions will need to be inserted to these very goods and to their variations (I will explain in more detail in the correspondence). This table will go to import products into WooCommerce (this is no longer your task).

Importantly! Wrapping text into tags using online converters will not work, because any converter preserves the previous formatting, we checked. You have to turn it around manually. There should be no tags left other than the ones I wrote above.
